Quiet Connection
What's in a Name?
Quiet Connection was born long before the podcast and support group. While Chelsea was working as a Special Educator, they played a game with their students that encouraged silent recognition of the similarities they shared. This encouraged engagement between peers in a non-judgmental format.

Later, Chelsea would create a blog by the same name in an effort to share their personal mental health journey. This became a subtle outlet for them to feel seen and heard among their peers.

After suffering multiple, acute postpartum mental health disorders, and realizing the need for community and solidarity, Quiet Connection became what you see here today. It is a place where families and caregivers can feel safe sharing their stories without fear of criticism or unwanted advice.
